2025 Oregon Education Summit: A Powerhouse Day of Learning and Inspiration
On April 21st, nearly 300 real estate professionals came together for the 2025 Oregon Education Summit, hosted by Premiere Property Group. Held in true PPG fashion—with high energy, collaboration, and insight—the event brought together industry leaders, agents, and experts for a full day of education, networking, and next-level strategies.
🔹 Kicking It Off with Jeff Wiren & the Agent Power Panel
PPG President Jeff Wiren led a dynamic panel featuring six of our top-producing agents: John McKay, Jennifer Lillie, Jason Preuit, Claire Widmark-Wright, Ty Lankheet, and Lisa Bradburn. Together, they tackled real-world questions that matter most to both new and seasoned agents:
Biggest challenges as a new agent—and how they pushed through
Their #1 business generator
Listing and buyer agreement scripts they actually use
Career mistakes they wish they could take back
How they nurture and stay connected with their sphere
The conversation was open, honest, and packed with takeaways that attendees could implement right away. Real talk from real producers—that’s what made it special.
🔹 Standout Sessions
Steve Nassar shared his detailed, proven system for winning listing appointments, reminding agents that a polished pre-listing process isn’t optional—it’s essential. From printed materials to client expectations, Steve broke down the psychology and structure of earning trust before you even walk through the door.
Niki Munson, Land Acquisition & Development Manager with Riverside Homes, walked us through a crash course in land development 101. Her session gave agents the edge on understanding feasibility, lot value calculations, and risk timelines for builders—demystifying one of the trickiest areas of real estate.
Joel Migliaccio of Environmental Works dove deep into radon, sewer, septic, and heating oil tank considerations, ensuring agents walk away with a clearer understanding of environmental red flags and mitigation processes that can impact a deal.
Scott Carden from Macadam Floors unpacked the true ROI of kitchen remodels, guiding agents on how to speak the language of value with their clients when discussing renovation projects.
🔹 Giving Back with Heart
We also celebrated the incredible work of Circle of Giving, our in-house charitable initiative. With nearly $400,000 donated to local non-profits, and over $125,000 given back to PPG agents in need, the program continues to show the power of real estate professionals coming together to support one another and their communities.
The Takeaway?
This year’s summit was more than just another CE event—it was a reminder that learning never stops, that generosity builds strong culture, and that collaboration drives success.
