Why We Disclose Your Personal Information and Who We Share It With
We use and disclose each category of personal information we collect for our commercial and business purposes, as further described in this privacy policy.
We do not “sell” personal information collected on this Site for money, but we may allow third-party advertising/marketing companies and social networks to collect data on the Site as described in the “Digital Advertising & Analytics” section of this privacy policy. We treat these advertising activities as “sales” or “sharing” for targeted advertising under state privacy laws and give you the opportunity to opt out.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
We also do not sell or use personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. However, if we work with you to purchase a new home, we may be required to share or disclose information that you have provided to us that could result in a decision that could impact whether you are able to purchase a specific housing or lending opportunity, such as a preapproval letter for a specific offer of credit.

We may share information that has been deidentified or aggregated, as this is not considered personal information. Note that we maintain and use deidentified information only in deidentified form. We do not attempt to reidentify such information except as needed to determine that the information is appropriately deidentified.
Digital Advertising & Analytics
Third-party advertising companies may have a presence on the Site. These companies may serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms. Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information the companies collect about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices. This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising. To opt out of our use of your personal information for targeted advertising, see the “U.S. State Privacy Rights” section of this privacy policy.
We may also work with third parties that collect data about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time for non-advertising purposes. The Site uses Google Analytics and other third-party services to improve the performance of the Site and for analytics purposes. For more information about how Google Analytics collects and uses data when you use the Site, visit www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners, and to opt out of Google Analytics, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Third Party Links and Tools
The Site may include links to third-party websites. We do not control the privacy practices of those websites, and they are not covered by this privacy policy. You should review the privacy policies of other websites you use to learn about their data practices.
The Site may also include integrated social media tools or “plug-ins,” such as social networking tools offered by third parties. If you use these tools to share data or you otherwise interact with these features on the Site, those companies may collect data about you and may use and share such information in accordance with your account settings. Your interactions with these third-party companies and your use of their features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide those features. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies of any accounts you create and use.
Your Choices
To opt out of our email marketing, you can use the link provided at the bottom of each marketing message. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you.
If you agree to receive marketing calls or texts from us, we do not share your consent with any third party for their marketing purposes. If you have opted in to text message marketing, you can opt out of future messages by responding STOP to a text message.
You can learn more about our acceptance of the Global Privacy Control setting under the “U.S. State Privacy Rights” section of this privacy policy.
Retention, Confidentiality, and Security of Personal Information
We will process and retain personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the storage, or as permitted by law. The primary criterion used to determine the length of storage is the applicable statutory retention period. After that period, the information is routinely deleted, aggregated, or deidentified, as long as it is no longer necessary to fulfill or initiate a contract.
We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your information. However, the Internet is not absolutely secure and thus we cannot promise guaranteed security. In the unlikely event that we believe the security of your personal information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you. As applicable, we will comply with notification requirements for a security breach and may also notify you by email.
U.S. State Privacy Rights
Certain U.S. states have privacy laws that grant individuals rights with respect to personal information collected by businesses subject to those laws. We do business in Oregon and Washington and our customers and website visitors are primarily from those states. This section of the privacy policy contains disclosures and explains the rights that are required by those laws, where applicable.
If we are subject to the privacy law in your state, you may be able to exercise the following rights, subject to certain exceptions and limitations, including how many times per year you may make a request. We will process requests to the extent required by law.
- The right to confirm whether we are processing your personal information.
- The right to access a copy of the specific pieces of your personal information we have collected and obtain this information in a generally accessible format.
- The right to obtain a list of the third parties to which we disclosed personal information.
- The right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- The right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you.
- The right to opt out of “selling” and sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Please note that if you opt out of certain practices, we may be unable to provide you with some services.
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of the above privacy rights.
To request to exercise the above rights, please contact us using the following information:
- By email at info@premierepropertygroup.com. Please provide your name, email, and state of residence with your request and specify the nature of your request.
As relevant to the Site, you can opt out of “sales” and sharing for targeted advertising by visiting our Site with the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) enabled. The GPC is a third-party tool, and you can activate the GPC by implementing a browser or extension that offers this tool. More information and instructions on implementing this tool are available here. The Site has implemented mechanisms to respond to GPC signals that we receive, where required, and we treat these signals as requests to opt out of “sales” and sharing for targeted advertising.
Verification and Appeals. Note that we may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity or understand the scope of your request, although you will not be required to create an account with us to submit a request or have it fulfilled.
Under certain state privacy laws that may apply, if you have submitted a request that we have not reasonably fulfilled, within 45 days after we inform you that we decline to take action regarding your request, you may contact us to appeal our decision by sending an email with the subject line “Appeal” to info@premierepropertygroup.com.
Authorized Agent. Depending on your state, you may be able to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. You can designate an agent in writing or through a power of attorney; agents are directed to submit requests through the same methods described above. As permitted by law, we will require the agent to provide us with proof that you have authorized the agent to make requests on your behalf prior to accepting requests from the agent.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
If our information practices change, we will post these changes on this page and may inform you through your account or contact information associated with your account. We will obtain your consent to these changes if required by law. We encourage you to visit this page periodically to learn of any updates.
