Let’s Make This Spring Your Best Real Estate Season Yet!
Spring is in the air, and it’s time to start planning your real estate needs with me now!
As spring approaches—sometimes rapidly, sometimes slowly—as we enter March here in the Pacific Northwest (did anyone else get the tornado warning?!), we are gearing up for a busy spring and summer full of real estate activity and spring projects!

Every year around St. Patrick’s Day, I usually have a new listing hit the market, sell, or go pending. And every year, I say the same thing: I’m not lucky; I’m blessed (and prepared)! You cannot rely on luck to get you through this market, but you can rely on careful, early preparation, hard work, and planning. And me! Selling and buying in a shifting market can be tough, but starting to plan out your goals and timeline ahead of the game can really set you up for success.

Spring is also a great time to refresh, renew, clean, organize, and purge! Have you been thinking of getting your kitchen junk drawer organized? Getting everything on shelves in your garage? Or fixing a broken window or painting an area you’ve been putting off? Now is the time to get it done! And the benefit of cleaning and purging is that once you decide you want to buy or sell, you’re already partway to your goal! You don’t have to take it with you when you move, you don’t have to put it off until next year, and it won’t become a mandatory task when you’re running out of time and need to get it done.

I obviously have to talk the talk and walk the walk. So, as I write this, we are also preparing to put the Sunriver house on the market. We’re gearing up to do some painting, general maintenance, cleaning, and purging to get it listing-ready! But we’re doing it now—not waiting until spring is in full swing! What’s on your spring cleaning and organizing list?
What real estate plans are you considering this year? Do you have questions about how to get started? Call me! Let’s talk, make a plan, and get the ball rolling! Don’t wait—the early bird gets the worm!
Happy Spring!
