2024 Vancouver Real Estate Summit
The 2024 Washington Education Summit was such an amazing experience, and I’m so excited to share how it all came together. Hosted by Premiere Property Group, the event took place on October 17th at Riverview Community Bank and brought together around 60 real estate professionals—everyone was eager to learn, connect, and earn those valuable continuing education (CE) credits.
I had the honor of speaking at the event and kicking off my session, “Leveling Up,” right after Jeff Wiren’s talk on lead generation. In my presentation, I shared strategies I’ve personally used to scale and grow a real estate business—tips I’ve seen work time and again for agents who are ready to take their careers to the next level. It was great to see the energy in the room, and I loved hearing from many attendees afterward about how they plan to implement these strategies into their own work.
The day was packed with fantastic content. Jeff started things off with solid advice on building consistent marketing systems and using existing databases to keep your pipeline full—such an important foundation for any agent. Conner Webb and Michael Hudson brought some serious energy with their session on using YouTube and video content to generate leads on autopilot. Larry Hales wrapped up the educational sessions with a game-changing presentation on how AI is transforming lead conversion and client relationships—something we all need to keep an eye on.
Beyond the great sessions, the summit also provided a ton of opportunities to connect with fellow professionals. During breaks and at our happy hour at Hopworks, I had the chance to hear thoughts on the presentations, and just enjoy some downtime with people who share the same passion for real estate. And let’s not forget the axe throwing! It was a fun way to close out the day, and I definitely enjoyed seeing the competitive side of some of my colleagues.
Looking back, I can honestly say this second annual Washington Education Summit was a huge success. Not only did everyone walk away with new knowledge and strategies they could apply right away, but we also created an inspiring community of professionals who are truly committed to growth.
